ISLA accepts the return or exchange of your purchase in case of product defects.
Check out the return rules:
- Verify that the product is on time (7 days after receipt of the product). Applications received after this deadline will not be accepted.
- All items must be returned in the original packaging (box), with labels and seals intact. All accessories must be shipped with the product.
- The product may not have been used or damaged.
- Invoice and return guide must be shipped with the product.
- If you do not receive email confirmation that the product has been returned to ISLA, you have up to 30 days to contact us and confirm receipt from the date of return to ISLA. For contacts after this time, we cannot guarantee a refund.
How to return the product?
- The customer will have up to 7 days to request the exchange or return by the e-mail: email@example.com.
- After request it, the costumer must tick the field marked to have their product returned abroad in the forma received from the carrier (DHL).
